Biomedical Explorations

The biomedical track program focuses on basic and translational research, from discovery-based research to clinical therapeutics. This program connects high school students to researchers in interdisciplinary biomedical sciences to promote interest in and preparation for bioscience careers. In this program you’ll learn advanced experimental techniques, including DNA science, protein science, CRISPR, and gel electrophoresis as well as how scientists use these tools to study a wide array of biomedical topics.
